Dr. Craig Hellquist joined the practice in 1992, and he and his wife, Dr. Anita Hellquist, became the owners in 1997. They continue to enjoy providing excellent veterinary care for St. Paul and the surrounding area. In 2019 Dr. Jasmin Teske joined our veterinary team after having spent two summers with us as a veterinary student, and graduating as a DVM from WCVM U. of Sask. Dr. Seanna Pashulka began practice with us in St. Paul after graduation from WCVM in spring of 2020.

Our Registered Veterinary Technicians:

Angie Lock, Megan Huffman, and Jessica McLean are our RVTs, which requires two years of extensive training in an accredited college program. They fill a wide range of roles – from nutrition counseling, monitoring anesthesia, taking x-rays, dental hygiene, to assisting calvings and semen testing, and are invaluable to our practice.

Our Receptionists:

Shauna Cox and Shania Roddie make sure everyone is looked after in a timely manner, whether on the phone, visiting for an appointment, or requiring medication. They will help you find the answer to any questions you may have.

Our Veterinary Medical Assistants:

Chelsea Miller, VMA has one year of veterinary medical training and multitasks between the front desk, admitting clients and booking appointments, or assisting with the variety of cases which come through our doors.

Our Supervisors:

Our former supervisor Cleo made sure everything at St. Paul Veterinary Clinic ran smoothly for many years, and took her role very seriously. Unfortunately our beloved 18 year old kitty passed away in December, 2013. Harley “the kitten” has matured into his role very well and fills many of the same duties with a joie de vivre!
