He opened Countryside Animal Hospital in 2007. He and his wife Cathy have two dogs and two cats. He enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling.  *At this time Dr. Parsley is RETIRED  Cathy is from central Kentucky and has called Mount Juliet home for almost twenty years. She began her career as a human nurse and now assists in running the clinic’s daily operations and behind-the-scenes work. Dr. Parsley and Cathy attend First Baptist Church Mount Juliet. Her favorite time of year is Kentucky Basketball season. Go Wildcats! Dr. Rachel E. DayDr. Day, a Mt. Juliet native, graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville Veterinary School in 2010 and then began her career at Countryside. She has two cats and one dog. She enjoys reading, cooking, and road trips.Dr. David LewisDr David Lewis, originally from Lexington, Kentucky, graduated from Auburn University Veterinary School in 2009 and joined our practice in 2013. His family has three dogs and three cats. He enjoys woodworking, fishing and being outdoors.
