We are currently only accepting new clients at our salon locations, Gardner Animal Care Center in MA or Dogs on Depot in Peterborough, NH.

Please wear a face covering when picking up and dropping off your pet.
If you or anyone in your household has had COVID-19 or are experiencing any related symptoms such as coughing, fever, runny nose, headache, shortness of breath, etc, please call 978-386-0992 to reschedule your appointment.

Appointment Procedures

Communication: We will be communicating primarily via email, telephone and text.
Salon Arrival: Please call or send a text message to alert us of your arrival. We will come outside to get your pet.
Mobile Arrival: We will call or send a text message alerting you that we are ready for you to have your pet ready at the agreed upon location (fenced-in-yard, dog run, etc.)
Payment: We would prefer contact-less payment (if possible) including VENMO or credit card information provided by phone, either in advance or within an hour of your completed groom. All mobile grooming will start at $95 in the mobile units. To add gratuity, please indicate your groomer’s name and total amount of tip – thank you!
